How FIEF collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with the GDPR.

This site is managed by the Communication team, which handles its editorial content and updates, in liaison with all of the brand’s departments.
Studio fief
STUDIO FIEF (“FIEF”), 40 rue Boecklin, 67000 Strasbourg, France, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@studiofief.com.
Data we collect
- Contact form: first name, last name, email, company (optional), the area(s) of interest (FIEF pillars), budget, your message and any file you attach.
- Job application (careers): name, email, phone (optional), cover letter, your CV and your consent. CVs are stored privately and kept for at most 12 months.
- Newsletter sign-up: email (and, where provided, name and company).
- Appointment booking: email, name, your notes, and your IP address (used only to prevent abuse).
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiries and preparing a possible engagement: pre-contractual measures / our legitimate interest.
- Sending the newsletter: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
- Booking a call and sending a calendar invite: pre-contractual measures.
- Preventing spam and securing our forms: our legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
- The FIEF team.
- Google (Google Workspace) for sending and receiving email.
- Google (Google Calendar) to manage booked appointments.
- OVH for website and database hosting (European Union).
We never sell or rent your personal data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some processors (Google) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (Google’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention
- Prospect and contact data: up to 3 years from the last contact.
- Booking verification data (including IP): kept only for the short time needed for the anti-spam check, then deleted.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@studiofief.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data-protection authority, cnil.fr).
Cookies and tracking
Strictly necessary storage (your language preference and a draft of the contact form) is always active and needs no consent. With your consent, we also use:
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager): anonymised visit statistics to improve the site.
- Marketing (Google Ads): advertising and campaign measurement.
These are off by default and load only after you accept them in our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). Legal basis: your consent. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Recipient: Google (see “Transfers outside the European Union” above). Typical retention of these cookies: up to 13 months.
